As a consultant, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between clients and the power of SAP SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for understanding client HR and ICT requirements and translating these into effective SAP/SuccessFactors solutions. You will manage varied and challenging projects with autonomy, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while being supported by a collaborative team of experienced colleagues.

What you'll be doing:
* Acting as the key liaison between clients and SAP SuccessFactors.
* Gathering and analyzing client HR and ICT requirements and translating them into viable SuccessFactors solutions.
* Taking ownership of diverse and challenging implementation projects.
* Serving as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
* Collaborating closely with a supportive team of colleagues.
* Engaging in continuous learning and knowledge sharing activities.
What we're looking for:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Proven experience in implementing and/or managing SuccessFactors modules (certification is advantageous).
* A proactive and independent approach to work.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with clients and team members.
* A strong customer-centric, self-directed, and results-oriented mindset.
* A drive for continuous professional development and ambition.
* Fluency in Dutch or French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level).
* Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
