Your Impact In this dynamic position, you will: Guide prospects from initial contact to becoming fully onboarded, active users of our solutions. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, supporting their needs and collaborating closely with our sales team. Act as the communication bridge between our Operations team and the customer to deliver seamless, efficient service. Manage multiple projects, ensuring all timelines and updates are well-maintained. Keep our CRM system up-to-date with all relevant administrative tasks related to customer interactions. Prepare impactful presentations and detailed reports tailored to customer needs. Organize regular follow-up meetings with your customer portfolio, fostering excellent relationships, monitoring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
