As a construction project manager at Puratos you will get the opportunity to integrate innovation by leveraging new technologies and processes in a sustainable way.
You supervise the construction and renovation of buildings, ensuring quality and compliance.
You provide expert advice and oversee new construction or renovation projects for Bemchimmo assets.
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Construction with minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
You are an excellent project manager and your expertise lies in managing the building and maintaining of industrial/commercial premises while ensuring cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
You possess a keen sensitivity towards the environmental aspects and sustainable development in construction.
You are a team player with excellent organizing and planning skills.
