For our client active in the MEDICAL SECTOR, we are looking for a TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT with the workplace located in DIEGEM.
Job Description:
As a TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT, you will be responsible for basic administrative and phone tasks in the context of credit collection!
Your diverse responsibilities include:
1. Calling clients with overdue payments
2. Reviewing invoice summaries with clients
3. Handling incoming calls and complaints
Candidate Profile:
Our ideal TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT possesses the following qualities:
4. Excellent knowledge of English. Additionally, knowledge of a second European language Spanish, German, Norwegian, Portuguese, Polish, French, Dutch, or Italian) is a big plus!
5. You have a work permit to be able to start working in Belgium quickly
6. You are a true teamplayer
7. A good knowledge of Excel and Salesforce is a significant advantage
8. You are available temporarily for a period of 3 to 6 months
9. Administrative/credit collection work experience is a plus

What Client Offers:
Enjoy a great work-life balance: You will work full-time, 39 hours/week, with a flexible schedule. After a short training, you will work from home about 4 days per week and 1 day per week in the office in Diegem. Your start date will be no later than April 1, 2025, and you will work temporarily for a period of 3 to 6 months to catch up on the backlog.
A competitive salary: Your salary is negotiable based on your experience (around 3,200 gross/month).
