Junior Accountant - Responsibilities As a Junior Accountant, you will contribute to the financial health of the organization by taking charge of key accounting functions, including:
* Process book purchase and sales invoices.
* Handle recurring invoices, service agreements, sub-leases, and re-invoicing.
* Conduct cash analysis and maintain financial records.
* Book and reconcile bank transactions.
* Prepare and execute wire transfers.
* Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns and simplified annual reports.
* Update accounting records for multiple entities.
* Prepare annual in-house accounts for review.
* Assist with reporting, investor relations, and audit queries.
* Open and process incoming mail and correspondence.
* Communicate with suppliers and Luxembourg authorities.
* Support liquidation procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
Junior Accountant - Your Profile:
* A minimum of 2 years as a Junior Accountant, with a solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
* Previous experience within a financial structure, service provider, family office, investment firm or similar.
* You are proactive, curious, and eager to contribute to the team's success. You ask questions, show initiative, and bring value to the role.
* Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, etc.) and other accounting tools such as BOB50.
* Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
