We are seeking a detail-oriented Regional Office Manager to manage financial transactions across our global HOIST entities (UK, Belgium, and Netherlands). Ideal candidates boast a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on expertise in financial, IT admin and general admin tasks.
You are proficient in English and Dutch to facilitate seamless communication and have a proven track record of quality work and are autonomous in providing solutions to atypical problems based on proven practices or procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial
* Maintain accurate financial records for global HOIST entities (UK, Belgium, Netherlands), including the general ledger, trial balance, and reconciliation of entries.
* Record and reconcile debits, credits, and transactions, ensuring accuracy across the accounting system.
* Perform account reconciliations, month end closing and ensure compliance with local laws and reporting requirements.
* Manage vendor relationships and support financial accuracy through consistent updates and communication.
* Process payment of invoices, including contractor invoices, salaries and management of external payroll suppliers and payment of employee expenses.
IT Admin and General Admin
* Manage IT assets, including procurement, reconfiguration, and administration of hardware.
* Oversee IT asset lifecycle and ensure efficient hardware operations and administration.
* Handle general admin inbox inquiries, support office and marketing supply management, and create/manage Resource Profiles.
MUST Have:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in administration or a similar skill set
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in bookkeeping
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in ERP working environment
* Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study, or equivalent work experience
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fluent in English and Dutch
* Legally eligible to work in Belgium
