With a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you contribute to a pleasant and efficient work environmentYour responsibilities:Welcoming guests: greet guests and visitors with professional hospitality and provide information about TRIBES.Managing the pantries: ensure cleanliness, stock management, and create a pleasant working environment with attention to detail for the center.Managing the schedule for meeting rooms: ensure the correct setup and provide technical support.You assist in organizing events and networking sessions, such as monthly drinks and after-work gatherings, and actively contribute creative ideas to improve them.Community support: actively contribute to a positive and active community within Tribes and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.Administrative tasks: responsible for performing various administrative duties, such as entering and maintaining customer data, managing emails, and supporting other administrative processes.Phone & mail management: manage incoming phone calls and mail, ensuring smooth communication flow.What we offer:A contract for 38 hours per weekMeal vouchers25 vacation days per year with a full-time employment contract.A diverse and dynamic work environment where people and service are central.Bonus scheme based on the achievement of targets.Your profile:Passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional customer experience.Eye for detail and cleanliness, especially when managing pantries and common areas.Social, service-oriented, and communicatively skilled.Proactivity & independence: Able to work independently and proactively identify and address opportunities for improvement.Computer skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.What does a typical day at TRIBES look like?Your shift starts at 8:00 AM. After reviewing the handover and enjoying a fresh cup of coffee, you check the day's schedule. You begin with an opening round: you check if the pantries are stocked, wipe down the fridge, ensure the meeting rooms are set up, and make sure the reception area looks presentable. Meanwhile, you chat with tenants and answer the first questions.As the morning picks up, customers start arriving. One wants to book a meeting room, another inquires if their package has arrived. At the same time, a group asks for help connecting an HDMI cable in a meeting room and arranging lunch. You seamlessly switch between various requests, making sure everyone feels welcome.It's time for the mail! As you sort and process it, you send a message to a client letting them know their guest has arrived. Your colleagues come in, and together, you review the schedule.In the afternoon, you join the Chief to discuss the upcoming community event. You create a schedule, write invitations to promote the event, and shortly after, you post them and make sure all tenants are informed.At the end of the day, you assist a group in wrapping up in a meeting room. Once the last guest leaves the building, you do a final check: are the pantries tidied up, the meeting rooms neat, and everything ready for the next day?Satisfied, you finish your shift, knowing you've delivered another day full of service, hospitality, and organization.As a host(ess), you work in a professional setting as part of a motivated team. You play a crucial role in strengthening the relationship with clients on the work floor and contribute to a positive work atmosphere through your organizational skills and proactive attitude.
