Johnson Controls is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our service business in the Benelux region. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving growth and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our service business.
* Lead a team of service professionals to achieve business objectives.
* Create and deploy Go-To-Market plans for major business areas.
* Define organisational design to ensure profitable growth.
* Further professionalise the service sales organisation.
* Deploy and collaborate with the solutions team to develop service offerings.
* Support the development of all Service-related Acquisitions.
* Promote the organisation at high business levels and develop customer partnerships.
* Manage Service Operational Excellence to implement action plans focusing on GM expansion, G&A reduction, and operational effectiveness of the Field Operations.
* Implement IT platforms and training programs to enable effective service sales workforce.
* Develop and track Customer Satisfaction/Loyalty programs.
* Focus on communication, people development, customer interaction & measuring results.
* Drive teamwork, culture, compliance and integrity.
