What will your job be?
Being responsible for the implementation of the commercial strategy, you will be in charge of a client portfolio: major accounts and BEL20, in various industries: Energy-Utilities, Finance, Retail, Telco Transportation, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector…
* gather knowledge about the companies and understand their complex environments & challenges,
* prospect and build customer loyalty by contacting decision makers (C-Levels) to identify new projects and needs,
* are the point of contact for your client, and work in close collaboration with the HR & consulting teams, to identify the perfect consultants for each project or need,
* build competitive and relevant proposals to create the best answer (consultants’ team, expertise, conditions),
* get to know, analyze and challenge the consultants’ expertise and manage long term relationships with them,
* analyze the decision-making and buying processes and sign business deals (closing and negotiation),
* take an active part in process improvements: every idea/ feedback is welcome!
What is a typical day like?
* 20% of prospection (calls, emails & meetings),
* 50% of project follow-up with your clients & consultants,
* 20% research & collaboration with the HR team,
* 10% internal meetings,
* … and don’t forget afterworks and sunny lunches outside the Manoir with your colleagues!
