Description
* You are responsible for the first part of the recovery process, which begins with the customer's first credit payment incident. If repayment of the overdue amount (regularization) is not possible, you transfer the file to Recovery to start the collection procedure and the realization of the guarantees;
* You do not manage your own portfolio. You do not manage a portfolio of your own. However, you work mainly on your own dedicated files, but this does not prevent you from intervening regularly in other Collections Center files;
* You are in charge of interaction with the customer, with the aim of finding a solution (one-off/structural/capacity to repay);
* You analyze the credit files concerned from a risk and legal point of view, with a view to finding a lasting solution for both the customer and the bank;
* You provide administrative follow-up.
Profile
* You have at least a bachelor's degree;
* Experience in credit or receivables management is an asset;
* You are customer-oriented and have excellent negotiating skills, focusing primarily on achieving results;
* You are empathetic and a good listener;
* You are oriented towards sustainable solutions;
* You are autonomous and able to make decisions;
* You are curious and adaptable;
* You are communicative (both written and spoken) and you are bilingual in Dutch and French (knowledge of German and English is an asset);
* You are dynamic and enthusiastic;
