We are looking for an Analytical Industrial Lead who is strategic, innovative, and has an appetite for overcoming analytical challenges to join our Industrialization & Network Planning team, based in our campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the Role
As an Analytical Industrial Lead, you will establish and drive long-term strategies for quality control and anticipate needs for designated products regarding analytical matters. You will ensure product industrialization and commercial activities, providing strategic and tactical directions through project leadership. You will act as the Product SME within the CMC community for analytical matters and lead transversal activities related to commercial readiness and regulatory submission.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with a dynamic team within the Capabilities & Network Planning department. Together, you will work with key stakeholders from Development, QA, QC, RA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to develop and implement industrial strategic plans. You will also interact with internal and external laboratories to address analytical challenges.
What You Will Do
* You develop long-term strategies for quality control and analytical matters.
* You manage and forecast industrial capacity and capability programs.
* You perform analytical risk assessments and drive mitigation plans.
* You establish and maintain global analytical documentation for APIs, DPs, and intermediates.
* You ensure launch readiness and lifecycle management for products.
* You support CMC regulatory filings and maintain compliance.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills
* Master's degree in bio/pharma or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical analysis of biological or pharmaceutical products.
* Strong project leadership skills and understanding of analytical disciplines.
* Experience in managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
* Proficiency in cGMP, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality.
* Excellent communication (both English and French), negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
