* Receiving, inspecting, and managing inventory, including biohazard products, in a controlled environment.
* Ensuring the safe handling of cryo-frozen materials using specialized equipment and PPE.
* Collaborating with different departments, including quality and operations, to support ongoing production and lab activities.
* Completing necessary documentation in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ensuring all procedures adhere to quality standards.
* Working with SAP systems for inventory management and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures.
* A first experience in a warehouse or logistics role (ideally within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment)
* Attention to detail with a strong ability to manage administrative tasks and follow detailed procedures.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
* Good IT-knowledge
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues.
* Fluency in English
