Job Description:
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial activities of the company and ensuring smooth operations across sales (90%) and marketing (10%)!
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Manage all customer and sales information in the CRM system.
2. Prepare quotes with support from the Engineering team.
3. Send and follow up on quotes in collaboration with the Sales team.
4. Process orders in the ERP system and issue order confirmations after consulting with the Operations Planner.
5. Collect and create content for newsletters, social media, and promotional materials in line with the companys branding.
6. Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.
7. Coordinate the logistics and practical arrangements for exhibitions and other marketing initiatives, occasionally participating in their execution.

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will manage administrative processes with precision and structure while thinking proactively about how to improve the service to clients and internal teams! This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and technical environment and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

This role goes beyond just working behind the scenes: you will be a critical point of contact for customers and ensure they consistently receive the best service!
We are looking for the following skills in our ideal candidate:
8. A bachelors degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
9. Experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment, ideally in the supply chain of the healthcare industry.
10. Familiarity or interest in marketing tasks, including digital marketing and content creation, is a plus.
11. Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail.
12. Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
13. Proficient in CRM and ERP systems, with strong Microsoft Office skills. Awareness of the latest online tools for marketing and communication is highly valued. Experience with Odoo is a plus.
14. Affinity for technical products and a willingness to learn about our industry-specific solutions.
15. Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
16. Precision-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
17. Located in Belgium, with a valid working permit for employment in Belgium.
What Client Offers:
You will get a fulltime, fixed contract in an international, dynamic, high-tech and fun environment! You will work 40hrs/week, 8hrs/day and you will start between 8 and 9 in the morning. Homework is rather sporadic. Your salary will be according to your experience, including extra-legal benefits.
