Responsibilities:
1. Leading the Quality Engineers and responsible for maintaining the System according to ISO9001 and deploying quality strategy/road map.
2. Representing Quality in Management Team Senec.
3. Ensure evaluation, negotiation, and fulfillment of quality requirements within customer contracts.
4. Ensure application and improvement of all quality processes: failure management and problem solving, control of measurement equipment, incoming inspection, auditing, quality planning and control within development processes for the whole value chain of a product.
5. Support and guidance of production staff and other relevant departments to ensure fulfillment of all customer requirements within their processes.
6. Identification of optimization potential through independent analysis of processes and data.
7. Further development of our methodological competence in terms of modern problem-solving methods.
8. Management of improvement and problem-solving projects.
9. Training staff members on the quality control processes and policies.
10. Conducting in-house audits of product inventory and documentation.
11. Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area of responsibility.
12. Professionalize through digitalization the product quality in order to meet customer requirements and satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
1. University Technical, Quality oriented.
2. Experience in a leading position.
3. English and Slovak language advanced written and spoken is essential.
4. MS Office and ERP knowledge.
5. At least 5 years of experience in the quality department.
6. Experience with customer-, system-, process-, and production audits.
7. Experience and knowledge in quality tools (e.g. Six-Sigma, 8D, 5WHY, statistics, MSA, FMEA, DoE).
8. Technical knowledge.
9. Knowledge and experience in the quality system according to ISO 9001 or beyond.
10. Advanced knowledge of statistics.
