In a nutshell:
Prospecting to identify new opportunities and new leads in existing accounts
1. Develop strategic roadmap for achieving and surpassing sales target by generating new sales at existing accounts throughout innovation and enabling technologies
2. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, hospitals and healthcare institutions, is essential for your success in this role
3. Keep up to date the sales funnel pipeline of opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management platform
Pre-sales activities to drive growth in existing accounts
4. Drive promotional campaigns, product workshops, partnership opportunities on strategic projects which are integrating Robotics solution
5. Initiate training programs for surgeons and healthcare professionals to ensure they are proficient in using our advanced technology
Post-sales support in existing accounts
6. Identify and implement initiatives aimed at continued support at existing accounts
7. Handle the contractual Ortho & Robotics agreements with existing customers and existing accounts in close partnership with tenders, contracting, corporate account management teams
What will you need to be successful?
8. Master's degree or equivalent in health sciences, business, or a related field
9. Confirmed experience within orthopaedics
10. Strong ability to identify and win new business, driving profitability and value
11. Delivery of value-based business proposals to key target customers in defined accounts to meet in year sales revenue targets
12. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
13. Fluent Dutch, and good level of English language. French language is a plus
14. Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook

15. Mobility required for field visits, especially to engage with surgeons and healthcare professionals (driving license needed)
