Job Content: We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer specializing in Citrix technologies to join our dynamic Citrix team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Citrix environments, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
They will also provide comprehensive user support and application troubleshooting to enhance the user experience and resolve issues efficiently. Responsibilities: • Implement and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop and Netscaler on-premise solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide comprehensive user support and application troubleshooting to enhance the user experience and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage Active Directory and Group Policies in relation to Citrix environments.
• Maintain and update Windows Server operating systems used in Citrix environments.
• Collaborate with customers and datacenter teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Citrix solutions.
• Write technical documentation and facilitate knowledge handovers.
• Provide product demonstrations to showcase Citrix solutions effectively.
• Stay up to date with the latest Citrix technologies and best practices. Profile: Skills and Qualifications: • Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop administration and troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge with MCS and PVS provisioning services.
• Advanced knowledge in Windows Server operating systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of network protocols, firewall, and network troubleshooting.
• Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies management.
• Intermediate knowledge in files, file servers, and vFiler management.
• Intermediate knowledge in user support and applications troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge in Netscaler technologies.
• Working knowledge in hypervisors such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, and Citrix Hypervisor.
• Working knowledge in scripting and automation skills (, PowerShell).
• Working knowledge in managing Thin Clients.
• Basic understanding of Proxy, SSL VPN, and two-factor authentication.
• Relevant certifications are a plus. Soft Skills: • Strong organizational skills and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to provide product demonstrations to customers.
• Ability to produce high-level and complex technical documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and obtain certifications.
