Quality Security & Environment Coordinator
Mission
In collaboration with the QSE Manager, drive the development of best practices in Quality, Information Security, and Environmental Management to ensure the company's compliance with ISO certification standards.
Responsibilities
In collaboration with the QSE Manager, your responsibilities as a Quality Security & Environment Coordinator will include:
Ensuring Compliance with Legal, Regulatory, and Other Requirements (Standards, Internal Policies, etc.) in QSE
* Support the implementation of the company’s QSE policy.
* Monitor compliance with normative and legal environmental requirements.
* Create and/or maintain QSE system documentation in accordance with current standards.
Contributing to Continuous Improvement in the QSE Field
* Identify risks and propose corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement of the QSE system.
* Analyze activity-related data, including complaints and major incidents, and propose and implement necessary improvements to reduce or eliminate risks.
* Coordinate, support, and follow up on internal and external audits.
* Ensure proper implementation of action plans (e.g., incidents, audits, continuity plans, etc.).
* Contribute to and/or prepare the necessary reports for QSE activities.
* Study, analyze, and potentially recommend any new certifications beneficial to the company.
* Participate in and/or manage internal and external projects and actions related to QSE (e.g., STWD missions, etc.).
Promoting a QSE Culture Within the Organization
* Communicate, raise awareness, and train employees on QSE issues (e.g., FSC standards, etc.) and workplace well-being.
* Provide advice and answer questions related to QSE.
* Support management in risk analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.
Profile
As a Quality Security & Environment Coordinator, you have:
* A higher education degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) or equivalent experience.
* A background in the following areas is an asset:
* Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001) and an interest in their implementation.
* First-hand experience or a strong understanding of ISO 27001-certified environments and information security challenges is a plus.
* Skills in quality management, auditing, control, or certification.
* The ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders and support change management.
* Strong proficiency in French; knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an advantage.
* Strong writing skills and the ability to summarize information effectively.
Additionally, you are:
* Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
* Comfortable analyzing information and proposing improvements.
* Possess strong analytical skills and can structure complex data effectively.
