Financial & Administrative Manager
We are seeking a versatile Financial & Administrative Manager to join our team in the healthcare sector. As a key member of a small team of around ten people, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require strong organizational and communication skills.
The Role:
* Day-to-day Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
* Payment Execution: Execute payments to suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
* Year-end Closings: Collaborate with a chartered accountant to prepare year-end closings, including balance sheet preparation and audit support.
* Regular Reporting: Provide regular financial reporting to the company's Board, ensuring transparency and compliance.
* General Assembly Preparation: Prepare and coordinate the company's yearly general assembly, including logistics and agenda planning.
* Invoice Creation and Sending: Develop and send invoices to clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
* HR & Payroll Management: Manage HR and payroll functions, including contract generation, sick leave/holiday management, salary payment processing, and benefits administration.
* Specialized Tasks: Perform specific tasks related to the company's daily activities, such as updating prices, managing transport and logistics, and other ad-hoc duties.
About You:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
* Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Small to Medium-sized Enterprise (SME).
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a small, cohesive team environment.
* Multitasking: Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and tasks efficiently.
