We are looking for a Junior Digital Workspace Support Engineer to join our onsite IT support team. In this role, you’ll support end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile phones at a key European head office This junior-level opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow their IT skills in a dynamic environment that values innovation and strong customer service.
1. You will provide technical support via phone, email, and face-to-face for workplace devices.
2. You will troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues efficiently.
3. You will install, configure, and maintain IT equipment to ensure smooth performance.
4. You will document incidents, resolutions, and procedures using a ticketing system.
5. You will collaborate with other IT team members, escalating complex problems when needed.
6. You will take part in improving processes and supporting automation initiatives.
7. You will ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.
8. You will help onboard new team members and contribute to shared knowledge and training.
Your Profile
For this this position:
9. You will be a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for IT support.
10. You will speak native-level Dutch and have excellent written and spoken English skills.
11. You will demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong sense of professionalism.
12. You will be highly organized, action-driven, and a good listener.
13. You will possess strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
14. You will be adaptable, responsible, and open to challenges.
15. You will have a customer-focused approach with creative problem-solving skills.
16. You will be able to clearly explain technical matters to non-technical users.
17. You will show a willingness to keep learning and growing in a tech-driven environment.
You have the following skills
18. You have a Bachelor`s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
19. You have Previous IT experience is a plus, but not required — entry-level candidates are welcome!
20. You have Familiarity with enterprise ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
21. Full-time availability is required, as this is an onsite role.

22. You have at least 1 of professional experiences in IT
23. If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
