SIAM Project Manager
Location: Brussels, Proximus headquarters
Mission: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
The SIAM Project Manager will be part of the SIAM team and will execute the SIAM roadmap as part of the Service Integration and Management transformation for Proximus, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of SIAM and enablement of the of transformation initiatives like the Azure Cloud Transformation.
Responsibilities:
* The SIAM program is an organizational wide program with a large number of departments involved. The SIAM project manager will stich together all these departments and will drive the implementation of SIAM.
* Manage and report on project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
* Manage project resources, including team members of involved departments and budgets.
* Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
* Communicate project status to stakeholders including senior management and ensure alignment.
* Implement transformation initiatives across 6 epics and multiple domains.
* Manage sprint-based delivery and align cross-department dependencies.
* Mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.
* Provide quarterly alignment and reporting to leadership.
* Use tools like PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in project management, 10+ years of experience, of which at least 3 years in SIAM or ITIL domain.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Extremely structured and organized.
* Knowledge of Prince 2 and waterfall methodologies.
* Experience as a Scrum Master.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Consulting experience to report to steerco and leadership.
* Proficiency in English is a must; Dutch or French is a preference.
* On-site presence required at least 2 days per week, with the option to work from home on other days
