Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Group Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) in managing and monitoring group-wide operational initiatives across countries and departments. You will be responsible for coordinating and preparing strategic meetings, tracking project implementation, and ensuring timely execution and delivery of operational milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the COO in managing and monitoring group-wide operational initiatives across countries and departments.
* Proactively follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards to ensure progress and alignment.
* Coordinate and prepare strategic meetings, including agenda-setting, content preparation, and stakeholder alignment, and post-meeting action tracking.
* Act as a liaison between the COO, local operations teams, and country managers to ensure consistent communication, smooth coordination, and effective implementation of group-wide goals.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in an operational or coordination role within an international organization.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Hands-on mentality with a focus on structure, execution, and results.
* High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to influence and collaborate across different teams and cultures.
* Fluent in English and Dutch; other European languages are a plus.
* Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, UK, Sweden, Spain, and France.
