What you''ll do: Stakeholder Engagement: Organize local events and workshops for syndics in Fiberhood areas to explain the client Fiber approach. Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with key internal teams (#Fiber for Belgium management, CBU, EBU, NEO, CUO) and external stakeholders (syndics, syndic associations, public real estate companies). Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships to support Fiber to the Home deployment. Negotiation Support: Assist deployment partners when syndics remain hesitant or unconvinced after initial negotiations. Framework Agreements: Negotiate agreements with syndics and local housing companies to facilitate technical solutions for fiber installation. (Note: The negotiation of the TOP 200 syndics is handled by a national client negotiation team.) Construction Partner Guidance: Support construction partners by ensuring that syndic negotiations align with established agreements. This role is key to accelerating fiber adoption in Brussels by fostering strong relationships with building syndics and ensuring smooth project execution. What you bring: Experience in a customer care role. Affinity with relationship management and long term customer relationships. Knowledge of professional and consumer markets and related channels by companies. In depth knowledge or interest in solutions within the CBU and EBU (such as "Smart Building" for exle). Interest in fiber technology and solutions. Technical interest in the world of construction and fiber technology. Knowledge of the fiduciary world. Good knowledge of Office applications.
