We will count on you to:
As an intern within Human Resources, you will provide general assistance with HR matters from employees and managers on a variety of HR matters including policy, recruitment, well-being, compensation, employee benefits and other related HR issues.
Depending on the length of your internship and the period of the year, you could be involved in some of the following topics :
5. Provides general assistance to senior HR colleagues with the execution of business and HR plans as well as HR related issues and matters brought forward by employees and managers such as policy questions, compensation and benefits matters and employee relations issues.
6. Communicates with HR Shared Services and Center of Expertises to assist in providing analytics to the business which can be used in making informed and thoughtful HR, business, and employee centric decisions.
7. Analyzes data used to produce trend analysis, operating review summaries and other data (new hires, transfers, terminations, etc.) ensuring validation and integrity.
8. Prepares materials for the roll out of people processes such as Talent Management / Succession plan status reporting, Performance Management processes, Talent Development or year-end meeting preparation assistance.
9. Participates and assists in HR initiatives and projects and key deliverables as assigned and needed.
What you need to have:
10. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress (ideally in Human Resources)
11. Excellent organisation and communication skills
12. Excellent written, verbal skills in English, Dutch and/or French
