At Telenet, we’re rolling out fiber—and we need someone who can turn strategy into momentum. As Go-to-Market Manager for Fiber, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial rollout plan for our Fiber to the Home (FTTH) offering. Your mission: drive fiber conversion, enable smooth migrations, and make the fiber experience effortless and compelling for our customers.
This role combines strategic thinking, project leadership, stakeholder orchestration, and commercial creativity. You’ll translate our network ambitions into tangible journeys, campaigns, and touchpoints that deliver on both experience and business growth.
Your responsibilities as a Go to Market Manager Fiber
As Go-to-Market Manager Fiber, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Telenet’s FTTH commercial rollout. That means:
· Defining and delivering the go-to-market strategy, including campaign planning, channel activation, and commercial performance tracking
· Aligning internal and external stakeholders (Product, NetCo, Customer Operations, Sales, Marketing, Wyre…) around a shared roadmap and clear customer experience
· Coordinating campaigns and local market activations—from acquisition pushes to customer migrations—while optimizing journeys and messaging
· Leading reporting and forecasting, ensuring strong data insights into churn, conversions, service delivery, and budget
· Enabling our digital transformation by driving the business side of fiber migration journeys and supporting the shift from coax to fiber
You’ll be the glue between strategy and execution—translating our fiber ambition into real-world customer impact.

Our Ideal Go to Market Manager Fiber
· 5+ years in go-to-market strategy, product/brand management —ideally in telecom, tech, or other dynamic sectors
· A strategic mind with operational grit—you thrive in complexity and can lead cross-functional execution
· Strong analytical skills: from forecasting and business case thinking to reporting and campaign insights
· Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, managing agency/partner relationships, and aligning multiple teams
· Hands-on knowledge of campaign delivery (especially local vs. national), CRM, Pega flows, and customer journeys
· Fluent in Dutch or French, and English
