Morrison Finance is looking for a Junior/Medior Customer Operations Consultant. As a Customer service-oriented consultant, you will be the main point of contact of the customers, handle their requests and help them to find suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support financial operations with a focus on fostering and maintaining relationships with B2B partners.
* Manage the credit granting process, including analyzing credit applications and making informed decisions.
* Provide customer-focused solutions to ensure client satisfaction and smooth credit operations.
* Ensure the seamless execution of credit decisions and related processes.
* Collaborate with key partners and clients across Belgium in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Develop and enhance commercial and analytical skills through hands-on experience.
* Maintain a flexible approach and strong customer service mindset to succeed in the role.
Language Requirements:
* Native-level proficiency in Dutch and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* English is a plus.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office.
