You will be based in the Group Service Centre in Brussels, working alongside our purchasing team on high-impact projects. While project scope may vary depending on business priorities, your key responsibilities include:
* Conducting in-depth analyses of data from the purchasing database and map it to meet business process flows.
* Identifying inefficiencies, control gaps, and business pain points based on your analysis.
* Proposing innovative solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
* Working closely with top management teams and stakeholders across different departments.
* Taking ownership of impactful projects that contribute to the success of the network.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, data science, or a related field.
Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
Personal skills: Analytical with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A creative approach to developing and implementing solutions with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of project management principles and tools. Familiarity with Coupa is a plus.
Please note that V.I.E contracts are only applicable to European Economic Area (EEA) citizens who are between 18 and 28 years old. The position is based in Brussels, Belgium.
Starting date: June 2025, flexible.
Duration of the programme: 12 months.
