We are looking for a Facility coordinator & project Management profile, who will be the right-hand person of the Head of Facilities to join a fast-growing company specialising in banking services. He will play a key role in implementing strategies to facilitate the company’s operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities?
5. Supervise remote and on-site maintenance.
6. Tactical and strategic analysis of all processes to be implemented in facilities operations .
7. Monitor and implement HQSE (Health, Quality, Security & Environment) + Security standards (security cameras, access badges, etc.).
8. Provide support to facility coordinators.
9. Develop dashboards and reports based on data.
10. Manage new site construction and fit-out/repair projects.
11. Communicate with various subcontractors and manage quotations.
Ideal profile ?
12. English/French or English/Dutch and knowledge of the third language is a strong asset .
13. Mastery of HVAC, safety, prevention and facility management/security and FMIS standards. Knowledge of Axxerion software is a plus.
14. At least 6 years’ experience in technical management.
15. Engineering degree or equivalent would be an asset .
16. Valid driver’s license.
17. Tactical and strategic thinking, ability to find solutions.
