We are looking for a Native Dutch UX/UI Designer to join our team and work with our clients to create exceptional user experiences for their customers.

What are your responsibilities?
* Ensure a seamless end-to-end digital user experience across all touchpoints of the client's website.
* Collaborate with business teams to define and develop prototypes for new concepts.
* Review and assist in refining business requirements to align with UX best practices.
* Define and validate wireframes for new digital screens, ensuring intuitive user flows.
* Work closely with the design team and business analysts to translate insights into actionable designs.
* Create compelling content for presentations and UX business opportunities.
* Participate in short- and long-term digital projects, contributing to the UX vision.
* Conduct user research to identify pain points, usability issues, and areas for optimization.
* Translate research findings into actionable insights to improve digital experiences.
* Stay ahead of emerging trends in UX, usability, and user behavior.
* Maintain and contribute to the UX research library and toolkit.
* Provide coaching and mentorship to junior UX team members.
Who are we looking for?
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with expertise in user research, wireframing, and usability testing.
* Proven experience working on large-scale digital projects in a corporate environment.
* Previous experience as a UX Specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs.
* Industry experience in telecom is a plus.
* Strong technical knowledge of web content management platforms, e-commerce, and self-service solutions.
* Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify usability issues and implement improvements.
* Agile, adaptable, and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
* Strong planning, organization, and communication skills, with a focus on customer experience and business alignment.
* Ability to manage complex technologies and integrate UX solutions within an omnichannel digital strategy.
* Native Dutch and fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
