Tu dois être capable de diagnostiquer un vélo de A à Z afin de conseiller ton client au mieux. Tu es responsable de la qualité des entretiens et des réparations de l'atelier. Tu sais gérer la pression et organiser ton activité. Ton objectif sera de satisfaire 100% de tes clients. Si le client vient encore en magasin, c'est principalement pour te rencontrer, lui sourire et l'aider au mieux possible est indispensable.
