For our client, a leading international distributor of truck parts, we are seeking a Commercial Sales Support Administrator for the German market.
Job Description:
As a Commercial Sales Support Administrator, you will be the essential link between our customers and their product needs. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Following up on incoming leads and managing orders from start to finish after a thorough training period.
2. Responding to customer inquiries and advising them on specific truck parts.
3. Preparing quotes and pricing proposals.
4. Conducting negotiations to drive successful sales outcomes.
5. Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Candidate Profile:
6. You have a strong interest in or passion for trucks and the automotive sector.
7. You hold a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
8. Technical knowledge of trucks and their components is beneficial but not essential, as extensive training will be provided.
9. Strong digital skills, with the ability to quickly learn ERP and CRM systems.
10. You have excellent commercial and communication skills.
11. You are fluent in both German and English .
12. You can travel independently to the site.
13. You can adopt a flexible approach when required.
