Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As the responsible project manager for our five sites in Belgium, you will ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of new projects and oversee the maintenance of all buildings on the different sites.
* You will lead the timely and cost-effective delivery of new projects, aligning with real estate standards defined by Bemchimmo.
* You will supervise the construction and renovation of buildings, ensuring quality and compliance.
* You will provide expert advice and oversee new construction or renovation projects for Bemchimmo assets.
* You will champion the maintenance of assets, focusing on sustainability for long-term value.
* You will oversee premises usage, managing safeguards like security, insurances, and fire protection measures.
