A renowned financial services company in Luxembourg is looking for a Senior Fund Compliance Officer to strengthen its compliance team!

Senior Fund Compliance Officer - Your main responsibilities:
* Review due diligence for new client structures during their onboarding and handle transfer agent inquiries regarding investor due diligence.
* Manage the daily fund compliance processes to ensure reports are completed accurately (correcting issues, reviewing discrepancies, preparing and reviewing management reports, etc.).
* Conduct daily screening of clients, investors, and related parties against sanctions lists and PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) lists, ensuring necessary follow-ups and escalations.
* Review transaction monitoring reports issued by transfer agents.
* Verify account opening documentation and update systems with client details.
* Collaborate with the first line of defense, attend meetings, and perform due diligence tasks.
Senior Fund Compliance Officer - This role is for you if:
* You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or law.
* You have at least 2 years of experience in fund compliance in Luxembourg.
* You have a strong knowledge of the AIFM Directive and CSSF circulars related to compliance.
* You are familiar with the Luxembourg fund industry and the regulations related to investment compliance monitoring.
* You have strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
* You can work independently as well as part of a team.
* You are fluent in French and English.
