That is why our slogan is 'Let's Grow Together' As a Junior Implementation Consultant, you analyse clients’ problems and are responsible for configuring and optimizing business software tools. Our current functional areas include: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, e.g. Oracle NetSuite) EPM (Enterprise Performance Management, e.g. Oracle EPM/NSPB/PBCS) PPM (Project Portfolio Management, e.g. Clarity PPM, ServiceNow & KeyedIn Projects) Globis ( logistics and transport ERP) You are happy to dive into a tool, e.g. Oracle NetSuite, in order to make your client’s operations as efficient and effective as possible; Functional and technical configuration of client-specific requirements Building and optimizing automation processes within the various tools Building reports within the tools Data migration User Acceptance Testing, working out test scenarios On-site training of clients’ super/admin users,(e.g. by giving demos) You have a Master’s degree in and a passion for IT implementations. If your studies led you to acquire a solid understanding of financial/business accounting (e.g., Commercial Engineering), that is definitely an asset. Knowledge of, experience in or an affinity with accounting, planning and budgeting is important. You obviously have an interest in software tools and development, databases, queries, scripting and reporting. You have a sharp, analytical mind; you have the ability to approach problems from different angles and make quick decisions. However, you are not purely an IT analyst; you also enjoy implementations. You are client-oriented, with the necessary empathy, negotiation skills and flexibility. You are communicative, results-oriented and aware of the added value of working as a team in order to achieve maximum results. You can work independently and have already learned how to deal with stress from others and in yourself in order to find solutions even in crisis situations. Dutch or French is your first language (proficiency in the other language is an asset), and your English is also excellent.
