Account Manager
We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be the key commercial contact for your portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships that drive their success and ours.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Europe and Africa
* Analyze and understand in-depth your customers' IT projects, becoming their Odoo sales expert
* Identify potential future sales by offering tailored solutions to increase customers' use of the solution
* Demonstrate new products, features, and versions to end-users
* Negotiate contract renewals from monthly to multi-year subscriptions
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business
* Strong relational and negotiation skills
* Solution-oriented approach
* Strong organizational skills to manage up to 150 clients
* 0-3 years of experience in IT/Sales with a Belgian work permit
Preferred Qualifications
* Smart and able to learn quickly
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Sales experience and passion for IT
Approach to Client Management
We have two approaches to managing clients:
* Direct Approach: If the client's needs are standard and well-covered by Odoo, we handle everything internally, including the commercial relationship and implementation.
* Indirect Approach: If the client has specific needs that we do not cover internally, such as custom integrations or localization, we involve an Odoo partner who handles implementation and consultancy.
