In this role, you will be pivotal in designingand driving our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, both for acquiring new businessand nurturing the growth of existing customers within our focus areas.
The Senior Solution GTMManager will play a critical role in the teams’ success by driving revenuegrowth, increased market share and product adoption across targeted audiencesin collaboration with suitable teams across the commercial, product andengineering teams.
Responsibilities
1. Act as a primary product spokesperson and product evangelist for Cloud Communications Portfolio that includes the following services: Cloud Numbers, A2P Messaging, Cloud Telephony, Operator Connect and Fraud Prevention & Security
2. Leverage product, industry, market, and competitive knowledge as well as technical acumen to develop localized competitive strategy, position the value proposition, and tailor messaging to both internal (, sales and marketing readiness) and external audiences (, press, analysts, partners, user community, customers). Provides guidance to sales (, interpretation of propensity models) in customer engagements and shares knowledge to guide partners.
3. Co-create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market (GTM) program plans across sales, marketing, customer success, and partner functions, supporting BICS community, cross-functional execution as appropriate.
4. Drive and land growth plans (, pipeline growth, revenue acceleration, usage, customer health).
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for go-to-market planning, product strategy, marketing campaigns, sales enablement and more.
Your Profile
6. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
7. Minimum experience of 5 to 10 years as Product Marketing Manager in Tech companies.
8. You understand A2P Messaging, technical call-flows and architecture including APIs, Codecs, Call Setup, etc.
9. Ability to bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales teams.
10. Strong analytical skills and ability to develop recommendations based on product, customer, and market data.
11. Willingness to learn and demo our products.
