We are currently recruiting a driven Account Manager for one of our partners.
The company is active for more than 30 years in ICT Managed Services proposed to Mid-size and Enterprise segment in Belux.
Covering the full range of Infrastructure services they have been building since the origin intense partnerships with recognized market leader vendors that enable them to propose a strong value proposition nurturing their clients relationships
The fonction:
As Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our valued clients and prospects.
You will be the primary point of contact, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring our solutions exceed their expectations.
Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will be key in delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Skills :
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with our existing clients by understanding their goals and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to our clients, driving revenue growth for both 4clinics and our partners.
• Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in ICT industry to better serve our clients and anticipate their future needs.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or a related field within the ICT industry.
• Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Fluency in French/ Dutch and English.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges head-on and provide innovative solutions.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology evolutions
The offer
* 2500-3500 euro monthly based on experience +commission scheme + extra legal package including company car, meal vouchers, net expenses, insurance package
