Job Description
Objective:
Manage the trajectory to multiply by 6 the use of sustainable material plastic by 2030.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a worldwide material panel to supply locally the transformation of the material.
2. Build strong partnerships with new and existing suppliers to guarantee the best sustainable procurement conditions (Price, Availability, Quality, Carbon footprint, Traceability).
3. Build the network to boost the circular economy.
4. Manage the negotiation to obtain fair prices to guarantee the competitiveness of our product.
5. Manage the contractual stakes to protect our innovations & legal regulations.
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years in the industry, with at least 3 years focused on business development or purchasing roles.
3. A history of working with material producers or distributors, preferably with successful international experience.
4. Extensive experience within the plastic material sector is required, with the capability to analyze industrial markets, manage risks, source suppliers, and negotiate contracts.
5. Knowledge of plastic processes (injection, blowing, etc.).
6. Recognized leadership and the ability to work effectively in a complex environment.
7. Curiosity, visionary thinking, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to influence and challenge are key attributes.
8. Proficiency in English is compulsory.
