Description
As a Senior Process Manager, you bring over 5 years of experience in describing, optimizing, and documenting business processes. You will work closely with the Product Owner, acting as a bridge between ICT and business teams. You will actively contribute to building new features and implementing them in a project-based manner. Your responsibilities will include designing process flows, requesting and following up on necessary adjustments. A key part of your role will be providing clear and up-to-date documentation via Jira and Confluence, while coordinating content with interfaces, including risk functions.
Key responsibilities
Design and optimize claims processes for a new hospitalization and outpatient care insurance offering
Analyze and integrate the impact of current IT systems and working methods on automating claims processing
Manage the impact of manual processes on the workforce and financial returns, prioritizing adjustments to improve process efficiency
Provide comprehensive and up-to-date process documentation, primarily using Jira and Confluence
Coordinate content with internal interfaces, including risk management functions
Profile
5+ years of experience in process management, particularly in insurance or claims management environments
Proven skills in project management and process optimization, with a strong ability to work independently and manage priorities
Specific experience in claims processes for hospitalization and outpatient care insurance is highly desirable
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
Critical thinking, decision-making abilities, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders
