Position
* You are responsible for the Belgian organization KARL STORZ Endoscopy Belgium nv.
* You translate the KARL STORZ Group strategy into a local strategy.
* You set strategic goals for the future and ensure profitability of the activities to drive sustainable development, growth and long-term success.
* You design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of objectives.
* You provide motivation and guidance to the Belgian employees to help them fulfill their roles and objectives.
* You identify risks and ensure appropriate strategies are in place.
* You develop an adequate approach to the market: product mix, pricing, competition…
* You discuss the budgets and provide guidance to meet the revenue goals, holding full P&L responsibility. You provide reporting on the results towards the Group.
* You act as ‘entrepreneur’: take initiatives and empower the people around you.
* You develop and drive the culture of the business.
* You ensure adherence to legal rules and compliance.
* You generate new businesses, continuously look for innovative business development.
* You interact with the other companies of the group for synergies and exchange of best practices.
* You maintain and develop a business network among KOL’s.
The Managing Director reports directly to the Director Northern Europe and can rely on him as a sound sparring partner.
Profile
* You have an extensive experience as Business Manager and bring a strong KOL network within the Belgian MedTech market.
* You are experienced in having full P&L responsibility.
* You are able to take decisions on a strategic and tactical level.
* You can seamlessly combine strategy with operations.
* You have the expertise to cultivate a cohesive organizational culture and have a natural way of inspiring the colleagues around you.
* You have excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* You hold a strong combination of people coaching and management skills.
* You are hands-on, entrepreneurial and have a pragmatic mind-set.
* You are a skilled communicator, fluent in Dutch, French and English.
* You have a strong personality with a clear long-term vision.
* You are result driven and customer-oriented with a large business network.
* You have a thorough understanding of diverse business processes.
