YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESas Digital Product Owner (M/F/X)
7. Business and IT Liaison: Act as the link between our global powerplant teams and our software factory.
8. Project Leadership: Lead project teams in developing new applications. Conduct workshops to analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Ensure quality output, timely delivery, and budget control through effective problem-solving, testing, and change management.
9. Application Management: Oversee the maintenance and servicing of existing applications. Track and implement client feedback and schedule regular upgrades.
10. Collaborative Support: Provide guidance and support to colleagues within the Digital team.
YOUR PROFILEas Digital Product Owner (M/F/X)
11. Qualifications: Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT project leader or digital product owner.
12. Language Skills: Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Dutch, German, French, Polish, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage.
13. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of delivering effective workshops, presentations, and demonstrations.
14. Customer Service: Strong aptitude for working with personnel at all organizational levels.
15. Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
16. Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and analytical thinking with a focus on innovative solutions.
17. Team Player: Excellent teamwork and open communication skills.
18. Technical Proficiency: Experience in agile project methodology and software development. Knowledge of Azure DevOps/TFS is a plus.
19. Willingness to Travel: Availability for regular international travel.
