Make your mark for patients
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is proactive, organized, and discreet to join our Patient Supply team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the Role
You will act as a partner and anchor for the Executive Vice President, optimizing their efficiency, developing and applying best practices, and ensuring quality, responsiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and responsible cost management. It is crucial to proactively anticipate the Executive Vice President’s business needs, while demonstrating a keen interest and enthusiasm to learn, understand, and support the work of the EVP and their team.
Who You Will Work With
You will closely collaborate with the Patient Supply leadership team and ExCom and Patient Supply assistants, ensuring smooth communication and a strong physical presence in the Braine and Anderlecht offices.
What You Will Do
1. You will learn and anticipate the needs and priorities of the Executive Vice President and their team.
2. You will be responsible for managing agendas, correspondence, and information requests.
3. You will organize meetings, events, and business trips.
4. You will in a timely manner create, review and manage documents, including PowerPoint presentations and monthly reports.
5. You will oversee expenses and expense reports.
6. You will foster team engagement and represent the communication center of the Patient Supply.
7. You will connect the dots between information learned from emails, LT meetings and other discussions, and develop insightful proposals and solutions.

1. Significant experience as an assistant to executive leaders with self-confidence and self-awareness.
2. Knowledge of UCB, its colleagues, and organization.
3. Fluent written and spoken English and French.
4. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
5. Effective communication skills and working relationships with senior management and assistants.
6. Resilient and flexible with the ability to adapt to priorities, changes, and challenges.
7. Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite and quick adaptation to new systems.
