To steer our strong growth in the right direction, we are looking for an HR Director to navigate and transform our Belgian organization through a dynamic and challenging HR & business context.
Your responsibilities:
* Implementing and aligning the group’s HR policy locally.
* Advising and supporting the leadership team in all HR-related matters.
* Leading and developing an HR team of 30 colleagues.
* Improving and streamlining HR systems and processes in alignment with international initiatives.
* Ensuring the correct application of Belgian labor laws.
* Actively collaborating with the works council and trade unions.
* Preparing, monitoring, and optimizing HR budgets.
* Reporting directly to the BE Country Manager and working closely with the CHRO.
What you need to succeed:
* Master's degree in HR or equivalent through experience.
* At least 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the IT sector.
* Excellent knowledge of Belgian labor laws.
* Experience in an international context and with change management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strategic insight combined with a hands-on mentality.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
