YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As Sales Data Specialist Off Trade Belux you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy through data-driven insights. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources (eg Nielsen, CRM tools etc) and translate them into actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
You will work in close collaboration with the frontline sales teams in defining ambitious targets and making sure they are integrated in our CRM tool. You will also be responsible to track and follow up the performance of the Teams.
Finally, you will play an active role in seeking new technologies that will enable the Sales teams to maximize the selling time and guarantee a world-class customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
* Data Collection and Management: Gather sales data from various sources (eg Nielsen, CRM, Retailer tools etc) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Data Analysis: Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities & challenges and evaluate actions taken in the field.
* Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings to sales and management teams.
* Target Setting and Tracking: Assist the Field Sales Manager with setting sales targets and tracking performance via the CRM tool.
* Category Management: Support assortment and business reviews for Aldi/Lidl & Intermarché.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales & marketing to align data insights with business objectives.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
* Ideally 2-3 years experience in a business / sales analysis role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Hands-on and pragmatic attitude with strong analytical skills, able to digest raw data into actionable insights.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools. Strong knowledge of MS Excel is a must (MS Access & Power BI a plus).
* Persuasive communicator, able to effectively convey and advocate for your insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
* Critical thinker, not afraid to challenge stakeholders in challenging the status quo.
* Good relationship builder and team-player.
* Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Dutch or French (written and spoken).
