Currently, SHEIN is looking to enrich its value proposition by incorporating top brands assortment to its offer. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help SHEIN build top brands and retailers’ partnerships. This role will be reporting directly to market lead.
Responsibilities
1. Define an ambitious hunting plan for the Spanish market aligned with SHEIN strategic goals
2. Monitor market trends and benchmark competitors to evolve hunting plan and recommend changes in positioning, services and pricing strategies
3. Actively participate and organize networking events to enhance SHEIN visibility
4. Effectively recruit key brands and retailers that could provide a relevant assortment
5. Align onboarding strategy and implement it to assure KAM team can build a solid business on closed partnerships (f.i. price competitiveness, international coverage, among others)
Qualifications
1. Bachelor/master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering or marketing
2. 3-5 years of business development experience at a leading e-commerce business, software company or services firm
3. Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
4. Strong track record of engaging multiple, international, demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong understanding of the ES local marketplace landscape
6. Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel
7. Fluency (C1) in both Spanish and English

1. Consumer goods background, ideally in sports and beauty
2. Complete technical, commercial and operations background
3. Chinese knowledge would be a plus
