Performance Marketer/Paid Ads
Do you want to play an essential part in realizing growth by using the most modern techniques in digital marketing and web analysis? We are looking for a Digital Marketer (min. 3 years experience) to define smart media strategies for our customers, set up campaigns, and make them a success.

Job Description
What can you expect?
Digital marketing & traffic expertise:
1. Translate client briefings into digital marketing strategies and identify the audience personas and customer journey.
2. Define the media plan for paid-media campaigns, propose the right channels (social media, SEA, etc.), and the KPI's that matter depending on the campaign targets.
3. Create approaches that generate the highest ROAS for e-Commerce clients.
4. Combine all kinds of campaigns (paid media, organic, influencer marketing) according to the client objectives.
5. Have a hands-on mentality and help to reach the best ROI for our clients.
6. Big data, marketing automation, chatbots: new technologies have no secrets for you, so you insert them into the correct spot of your media plans and look after optimal implementation.
Analysis and reporting:
You can analyze campaigns and know how to work the algorithms. You compare time windows and attribution models and make the right conclusions. Once a campaign is running, you have a hands-on approach when it comes to monitoring and optimizing, and frequently report back to the Project Manager. You play an important part in making processes and organization data-driven. You provide a helicopter view and redirect if and when you deem necessary.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
1. You have at least 3 years of experience (in a digital agency).
2. Online media and digital advertising aren’t just part of your job—they’re your passion.
3. You have expert knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and email marketing.
4. Google Analytics, SEO, and SEA hold no secrets for you.
5. You thrive on optimizing ROAS and e-commerce conversions—performance drives you.
6. Your broad experience in digital marketing allows you to think strategically while remaining hands-on.
7. A true team player, you know how to build strong relationships with stakeholders while also working independently.
8. You are structured, results-oriented, and focused on quality, timing, and budget.
9. You are a native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills; French is a plus.
