THE JOB:
The Brand and Guest Experience Trainee supports all theteam membersfrom the Brands &Guest Experience department. This means the trainee will support and beinvolved in projects on Global level. The different areas within the team worktogether to ensure that the departments goals are reached and continuouslyimproved. The Brand & Guest Experience team strives to evolve and validatethe brand architecture, brand strategy, and ensure the experience for eachbrand is always relevant to operating environment, and continuously in linewith RHG’s strategic 5-year plan.
To support the team, the trainee will be involvedin a variety of tasks,such as the generationof numerous collaterals essential for hotels, the upkeep of our internallibrary, the assistance in developing diverseguidelines, conducting market research, creating competitive benchmarkingreports, tracking the departments progress and annual budget, organisingmeetings between the department and important stakeholders and lastly leadad-hoc customer experience design projects for each brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support the Brandingand Guest Experience department on Globallevel
· Conduct market research,competitive benchmarking and analyse market trends
· Create presentations, for internal and external purposes
· Lead ad-hoc projects in relation to the design ofthe customer experience for each brand
· Manage meetings with a varietyof stakeholders, responsible for the agenda,minute- taking, follow-up and for ensuring delivery dates are met.
A SUCCESFUL TRAINEE HAS:
· To be enrolledin a school program to be eligiblefor the internship
· Is fluent in English, both verbal andwritten
· Experience in the hospitality industry(operational internship)
· Proficiency in Englishand excellent communication skills
· Microsoft Office expertuser (Excel and PPT)
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong project management abilities: capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, undertight time constraints and within budget parameters
· Flexible, proactive, can-doattitude
· Team player with a global mindset, able to work with a variety of differentstakeholders at all levels of the organization
· Customer oriented
· Autonomy and high feeling ofresponsibility
