We are looking for a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team! If you have a passion for accuracy, organization, and compliance, this role is for you. You’ll play a crucial role in managing logistics and forwarding documentation, ensuring everything is processed correctly, on time, and in compliance with industry standards.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure all documentation is neat, professional, error-free, and compliant with corporate standards.
✅ Close all files in time from the action date, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and shipping instructions.
✅ Distribute documents to all necessary parties to maintain efficiency.
✅ Process billing for closed shipments
✅ Prepare and double-check invoices to verify all charges are correct.
✅ Participate in cross-training to cover for team members when needed.
✅ Maintain and update documentation procedures for customer accounts.
✅ Work closely with the operations and sales teams to resolve documentation issues.
✅ Ensure full understanding and adherence to customer requirements and compliance regulations.
🎯 Qualifications & Skills:
📌 1-3 years of experience in logistics, forwarding operations, documentation, and compliance regulations or a degree in Logistics.
📌 Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
📌 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other industry-standard software.
📌 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
📌 Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
📌 Knowledge of Letter of Credit is an advantage.
