Description
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage digital (IT/Technical) projects
2. Work closely with other teams to ensure best results in delivery and support additional growth in new areas
3. Coordinate and manage teams of consultants and engineers across onshore, nearshore Europe and offshore
4. Maintain strong client relationships, across technology, product and operational areas
5. Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting agreed upon outcomes and business objectives within agreed time and cost constraints
6. Work comfortably between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
7. Apply agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
8. Develop and maintain excellent delivery health (quantitative and qualitative)
Requirements
9. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital delivery of commerce, content and marketing
10. Proven experience leading and managing diverse teams
11. Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to confidently interact with Manager and Director level stakeholders
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
13. Solid understanding of business case-oriented delivery with experience in measuring outcomes
14. Ability to work comfortably between business and technical teams
15. Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment
16. Ability to be efficient and productive under pressure
17. Adaptability to changes in technology, processes and client demands
18. Capability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
19. Ideally with delivery experience of at least three of the following: Consulting, UX and UI Design, MACH implementations, CMS implementations, Mobile and Omni Channel, Marketing Services
20. Fluent in English & French
Nice to Have
21. Agile Project or Programme certification (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) or equivalent
22. At least 3 examples of full lifecycle delivery and understanding of the business impact of such implementation
23. Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering projects using agile methodologies
