Global Asset Manager - Chemical Process Equipment – Belgium – Contract – Pharmaceuticals
We are looking for an experienced Global Asset Manager for a fantastic 9 month contract based in Brussels.

Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate plans and investments for asset replacement in the coming years.
2. Conduct feasibility studies to determine whether an asset should be changed.
3. Implement risk minimisation measures.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define investment strategies and action plans, ensuring that the site’s required budget is delivered (following specific governance procedures).
5. Develop and deploy Asset Management standards and processes in Campus and Sites.
6. Oversee gap assessment and performance monitoring program.
7. Provide technical support for technical operations on all aspects of life cycle.
8. Oversee the lifecycle performance of the chemical API equipment groups as DS production including reaction line, chiral separation line, recrystallization line, MCC, Grinder, Crystallizer, Pumps, solvent networks, and all equipment used for a chemical facility.
9. Manage DP production equipment including mixing equipment, compression equipment, lamination equipment, visual inspection line, and analytical equipment for IPC control.
Requirements:
1. Ability to analyse technical data and present it clearly to management, defining and proposing a budget plan.
2. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a nice to have.
3. Experience in maintenance operations is an advantage.
4. Experience in asset management and risk management programs.
5. Experience in project/program management.
