What you will be doing
As Global Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for introducing quality related objectives towards suppliers of raw materials. You take care of all quality related issues regarding raw materials, in collaboration with all other functions. Your detailed responsibilities will be:
* Supplier Quality Management: Responsibility for the introduction of necessary Automotive requirements at Suppliers level and follow up on the defined improvements actions. Responsibility for Advanced Quality activities, in terms of assessment of new potential suppliers and/or new material development, jointly with Supply and Engineering team. Responsibility for qualification of supply within defined APQP programs. Support claims management and/or escalation towards suppliers, when required. Coordinate regular audit planning, in agreement with Site team and Central Quality.
* Management of the Internal Quality Processes: Further development of Supplier Quality management processes. Responsibility for maintaining the Supplier Quality manual, in line with internal and external requirements. Actively support Supply team in the effective management of suppliers, ensuring a total quality approach. Internal auditor of Supplier management processes.
* Specific actions as assigned by the Supervisor
* Location: Can be either Hanau or Brussels.
Who we are looking for:
1. Bachelor or Master in engineering or quality management or equivalent qualification.<
